What neuroscience business studies have taught us?

John Maynard Keynes, the famous economist, taught us: Don’t let your employees be idle! Even if you don’t have anything for them, ask them to dig the ground, and then ask them to fill the same ground – hole.

Today, neuroscience business studies have taught us:

Don’t let your employees – even yourself – be idle, but why?

Our brain should not get used to being idle in the workplace! And if it becomes a habit, it will be very difficult to break this habit.

Today, we know that a large part of the waste of time is caused by learning unemployment in the workplace!

If we have nothing to do, it is important not to be in the workplace and behind the desk, leaving the workplace is much more effective than sitting behind the desk.
If we don’t have anything to do for eight hours, don’t hire new staff, the idleness of employees even for a few hours will easily become a habit to waste the rest of their time.

Of course, this does not mean not giving rest time between work, which is one of the absolute necessities.

More interestingly, this issue is not limited to the work environment only:

If you can’t sleep or don’t want to sleep, don’t put it in bed, sitting or lying down in bed will cause you insomnia or bad sleep.

If you don’t want to study, don’t put it behind the study table, this will gradually cause you to lose the patience to read sweet books.

Your brain and mine are completely intelligent in relation to our surroundings, this intelligence can be used for a better life.
