My child is stubborn, what can I do?
- Do not try to impose your views on your child.
- Know your child’s limitations.
- Set simple rules and let your child know the consequences of unwitting.
- Don’t expect your child to cooperate, but expect cooperative behavior to begin.
- Ask or give responsibility to your child in doing things.
- Children need to know in advance what the program is, what the rules and regulations are and who is responsible.
- Give your child the opportunity to learn by doing and doing wrong.
- To maximize collaboration in children, you need to familiarize them with the restrictions, rules, and direction of the program.
- Wherever possible, delegate decision making and planning.
